SMO

A totally new and innovative SMO design to give the patient and provider the flexibility to adjust and control the amount of mechanical forces and correction applied to the ankle.  The unique modular design makes it simple and easy to adjust for ankle edema or pain.  As pictured, the SMO component can readily be removed from the custom foot orthosis, but stays firmly locked with it’s secure interlocking design.

The Inova ISMO meets needs of the patient that requires more control than a UCBL, but less than the custom gauntlet. Provides excellent mid and hind-foot control with a posted thermoplastic and leather construction. The ISMO can also be integrated with a partial foot component to give your patient a stable and comfortable partial foot prosthesis platform.
