Founder and CEO, Fabian Vargas is an ABC Certified Orthotic Technician with many years of experience in O&P fabrication and production management. Fabian and his wife Laura, oversee Inova's internal customer service and operations.
The quality production and daily work-flow is completed by an ever growing skilled technical staff and managed by Arturo, Fabian's brother. Arturo has years of knowledge and skill in design innovation and is an integral part of the Inova team. The entire Inova team is committed to superior custom fabrication and craftsmanship.
